HotelBarDost is a Windows desktop application designed specifically for Indian bars, restaurants, and combined bar-restaurant operations.
HotelBarDost is built by Mentark Tech Private Limited — a Pune-based product company focused on building intelligent systems that help people make better decisions. HotelBarDost brings that same clarity to the day-to-day reality of running a bar or restaurant in India.
Ravi founded Mentark after observing firsthand how talented individuals often end up in careers misaligned with their abilities — not due to lack of capability, but due to lack of clarity. With a background spanning marketing, systems thinking, and behavioural observation, Ravi brings a product-first approach focused on building intelligent systems that help people make better decisions. He leads product vision, strategy, and execution at Mentark.
HotelBarDost extends that conviction to a different high-stakes audience: the Indian bar and restaurant owner. His belief: clarity at the right moment can change the trajectory of a business, just as it can change the trajectory of a life.
High-stakes decisions — whether about a career or a business — should be informed by intelligence, not guesswork. HotelBarDost brings that same clarity to the day-to-day reality of running a bar or restaurant in India.
